Every Memorio portrait is custom-made for the person who orders it. That makes us extra careful — and gives you strong protection. Here's exactly how we handle refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Free Preview Guarantee

You never pay before you approve your portrait.

Every order begins with a free digital preview, delivered within 24 hours. You can request unlimited revisions until the portrait feels right. If we can't get it right and you don't approve, you owe us nothing.

This means most "refund" situations are prevented before they start.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not happy with your physical canvas within 30 days of delivery, we'll refund your full purchase price.

  • You don't need to return the canvas. Keep it, gift it, or recycle it — your choice.
  • No restocking fees. You get back what you paid.
  • Refund processing: 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

To request a refund, email hello@memoriostudio.com with your order number and a brief reason. We'll process it the same day we receive your request.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your canvas arrives damaged in transit, with a print defect, or with any quality issue:

  • Email hello@memoriostudio.com within 14 days of delivery
  • Include 2–3 photos showing the damage or defect
  • We'll send a free replacement at no cost to you
  • You can keep the original — no return required

Exchanges (Different Size or Style)

We offer one free exchange within 30 days of delivery if you'd like a different size or style of the same portrait. You pay only:

  • The price difference if upgrading to a larger size (we'll refund the difference if downsizing)
  • A $25 reproduction fee to cover printing and shipping the second canvas

Cancellations

  • Before approval: Cancel anytime at no cost. Your card is never charged until you approve.
  • After approval: Once you approve your preview, production begins immediately and orders cannot be canceled. However, your 30-day money-back guarantee still applies after delivery.

What's Not Covered

  • Frame damage from improper handling after delivery
  • Color or style changes requested after your final approval
  • Lost packages older than 30 days from delivery date (we work with the carrier within that window — see Shipping Policy)
  • Refund requests outside the 30-day window from delivery
