Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We ship within the United States at no charge on every order, every size. International shipping is available on request.

How Long It Takes

Standard delivery:

• Production: 1–3 business days after you approve your preview
• Transit: 2–4 business days via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground
• Total: 5–7 business days from approval to doorstep

Faster options at checkout:

• Rush Production (+$25): 1 business day production. Approval-to-delivery in 3–5 business days.
• Same-Day Production (+$45): Order approved before 9:00 AM Pacific ships the same day. Approval-to-delivery in 2–4 business days.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your canvas ships. Track your order anytime at the carrier's website.

International Shipping

We ship internationally on request. Email hello@memoriostudio.com with your delivery address and we'll provide a custom shipping quote based on destination, size, and method.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country. These vary by destination and aren't included in our shipping quote.

International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after production.

Address Changes

Email hello@memoriostudio.com within 12 hours of approving your preview to request an address change. After 12 hours, production has begun and the shipping address is locked.

We can't redirect packages once shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive your canvas:

• Email hello@memoriostudio.com within 7 days
• We'll file a claim with the carrier
• If the package can't be located, we send a free replacement

This applies to packages reported within 30 days of delivery date.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. Note that delivery may take longer than standard estimates.
